Know your clients and understand their:

- Pain points
- Ideal clients
- Goals

Also, get to know them personally

This will help you know how best to provide value

GO ABOVE AND BEYOND

I want to provide MASSIVE value for my clients

When I first onboard them, I ask who their dream clients are

I then make a plan to go out and target them

- If I get them, I’ve 10x my value

- If I don’t, I’ve shown I’m ballsy enough to try for them

COMMUNICATE

- Create a Slack channel to communicate effectively with your clients

- Provide frequent updates on what you’re doing

- Present weekly reports of your results as well as your plan for the following week

ASK FOR FEEDBACK

You want to know what your clients think of your work

Ask them to provide feedback and ask if there are any areas they think you could improve

This shows you’re open to suggestions and looking to grow

DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISED

Do EVERYTHING you can to deliver results

Not the minimum either, always go above and beyond
