This is a thread pertaining to the Dominion Voting Systems. I will make it clear to anyone and everyone: Dominion has not passed Texas inspections. The company Dominion has set a hostile environment to question their legitimate use in the future elections. The company pressures
results which are beneficial to one party: the company. Dominion had no ground to sue a lawyer in pending legal actions against them. If they chose to harass lawfare, then Dominion is the same public threat as a foreign state, and should be reviewed by CFIUS oversight for their
own financial reassignments while under state inspections. It is also unclear if Dominion carried the failed inspections from Texas to the other states (26 states last counted). Did Dominion fail other state inspections as well?
Participation in EAC’s Testing and Certification Program is strictly voluntary. However, some states, through legislation or administrative rules, mandate participation to varying degrees. Currently, 35 states mandate at least one element of the Testing and Certification Program.
“No voting device or its component software may be certified by the secretary of state unless it….has been
tested and approved by the appropriate independent testing authority approved by the United States election assistance commission…”
