Currently there are protests taking place against Farmers Laws. These threaten the livelihood of all farmers throughout India and enable the Indian government to exploit farming on a national scale.
Although the protests have been peaceful they have been met with aggressions of the Indian police, the government and government controlled media. Over the past week violence against protesters has escalated even more:

Modi, the Prime Minister, to silence the people has organised mobs - that are working alongside the police - attacking women, beating old men and kidnapping children.
Boris Johnson has been completely silent on the issue in order to protect their trade deals with the corrupt Indian government.
