Do you know that out of the 9 lakh temples in India, 4 lakh temples are under the control of State Governments!

Shocking but true.

Read the following #Thread for full information.
"Mandirs which represent our traditional values......

Madirs which symbolize our Sanskriti....

Mandirs where our Gods dwell....

Mandirs which are the beacons of our Sanatani heritage"..
This matter becomes grave because these governments have not control over Churches or Mosques, they are out of ambit for them.

The bigger question is this, why don't these governments don't want to lose control over our Mandirs?
The story starts from the times of British rule, when Britishers were trying to spread their roots in the country and trying to enslave Hindus through conversion tactics. This is when they started targeting temples.
In 1925 Brits implemented 'The Madras Religious and Charitable Endowments Act -1925' in which they tried to gain control over all religions places.
At that point of time there was a two year continuous protest by Christians and Muslims.

Result; the Brits actually redrafted and renamed the law as 'The Madras Hindu Religious and Endowments Act-1927'.

Thus only Hindus were targeted.
This trend continued in "free India" too.

Indian government introduced 'HRCE Act 1951' continuing the Brit tradition.

HRCE stands for 'The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act 1951' which allows State governments to reign control over Mandirs.
Recently some people have asked for the amendment of the said act, which is quite justified.

First of all, the torch bearers and promoters of SECULARISM should explain this, why Churches and Mosques are not under control of government, like the Mandirs?
Secondly if Hon.Constitution does not permit government to run any religious institutions, why the interference?
Even the Hon.Supreme Court has pronounced three judgements instructing state governments to hand over Mandirs to respective Societies and trusts. But nobody is responding, look at the hypocrisy.
It might well be said that15state governments are"illegaly occupying"Mandirs in India.
Shocked? Read on.

According to a report Andhra Pradesh government is controlling more than 34000 mandirs.

Tamil Nadu also has about 39000 mandirs under government control.
These governments are using the funds collected by Mandirs which is donated by devout Bhakts who think they are donating towards Hinduism. This is a gross violation of section 25 and 26 of the Hon.Constitution of India.

Still everyone has turned a blind eye towards this!
The law of the land states that no discrimination should be done in the name of religion while the state governments are openly flouting the very essence of Hon.Constitution.

Is this forceful control and illegal occupation not a discrimination against Hindus?
The Hon.Supreme Court must take suo moto action and ask centre to correct this faulty system. Once done, our Hindu Mandirs and Hindu community will prosper and become stronger.

Jai Hind.

Jai Shri Ram.
