For those traumatized by the Trump administration snd policies there are some things you can do to help with anxiety.

Meditation and yoga are wonderful to center your mind, and create a safe space.

Self talk takes practice but it works. Keep reminding yourself
that you are safe.

Create a safe space for you to go to when you feel anxious or unsafe.

Connect with others who have PTSD whether in group therapy or online thru a reputable site.

If symptoms persist or interfere with your daily activities see your doctor.
