First, you should meet Emma Spring, Harry’s executive assistant for almost a decade. Emma is mom to Arlo, yes the Arlo from Harry’s tattoo. Harry is godfather to her son, that’s how close they are. Here you have them back in 2014/2015 (with Arlo) and Harry’s tattoo for him

Emma is partner with Harry on every company he owns. For instance, this is the filing of Erskine Records (all this is completely public and harmless information). Harry makes his business deals through Erskine. It’s how he owns his masters.

This is the filing for HSA Limited (where Harry collects royalties for the music he writes). Alan McEvoy is his accountant:

Emma is also part of Erskine Touring (the company where Harry collects his earnings from tour) through Erskine Records

Emma has also been appointed trustee to property owned by Harry a few times. We won’t go into detail because that’s intrusive but that’s how the media has found his houses in the past. Now let’s go to the next bit.

Full Stop Management is a merger company, resulting from the incorporation of FSRD (a company founded by Jeff Azoff and Tommy Bruce in 2016), The Creed Company (Brandon Creed’s management company, which managed artists like Mark Ronson and Troye Sivan), —

— and Azoff MSG Entertainment (Irving Azoff’s company, which manages Fleetwood Mac, Eagles, Bon Jovi, etc). More managers and their clients have incorporated recently but these are the original three who merged in 2016.

Full Stop Management LLC is owned by several companies —

— belonging to each of the managers. One of the companies involved is O’Hana Group Artists Management… which we don’t know much about… except that it’s owned by two companies, one called FSRD LLC, which is owned by Jeff, and one called Mytog LLC, which is owned by…?

HARRY! Through Emma, his executive assistant (who is not involved with the Azoffs at all, and completely precedes them in her involvement in Harry’s life). We’re not gonna show the entire document (it’s very publicly available, though, but we wanna he extra cautious), but here:

This essentially means that Harry and Jeff are partners in owning O’Hana, and through O’Hana they are directors of Full Stop (alongside Brandon Creed, Irving, and all the other managers involved).
