Let me start out by exposing myself 
I LOVE Wanda. I started reading comics because of Wiccan and I can’t separate them mentally. I know that she has so much to answer for but she is so entangled in mutant mythos that she can’t simply be exiled from it.

There a some things I feel need to be addressed with Wanda before a decision is made. As mentioned on this episode, I agree that Magneto would be vital to this team. He has the strongest connection to Wanda, regardless of how it was retconned in Axis.
As one of the more devout mutant separatists, and a founding father of this nation and its culture, Magneto’s reconciliation with Wanda’s status as The Pretender definitely deserves some on-panel attention.
The 2nd best qualified person to take on A Witch Called Wanda: Jean Grey. Both the powerhouses of their respective teams. Both often shafted with “going craAaAaAazy because they’re too powerful!” If there was any X-Man who understands accidental genocide, it’s Jean.
If there is a route to deescalate the threat Wanda presents to mutantdom, an understanding mediator is vital. Jean’s power set, power level, and personal history all back her as the ideal candidate.
After we establish these personal connections, and evaluate the threat level she currently presents, we could determine if more action is needed. If so, (another pull from the episode) Domino is the best chance at neutralizing the situation.
Chaos magic would be difficult to counteract without the expertise of Excalibur, not to mention her innate power of probability manipulation.
Any plan to eliminate Wanda would require the element of surprise. Fighting fire with fire is probably your best chance at that.

Now I don’t believe we SHOULD get to step 3 of this plan, but given no other choice, I think this is mutantkind’s best bet. But as an Avenger, and member of an intergalactic royal family, I don’t believe this would be in Krakoas best interest.
