The pre-trial detention memo is for Dominic PEZZOLA, who got the violence started by breaking windows to the Capitol with a riot shield he stole from a police officer.
The conspirators admitted on video that they were on target to disrupt the vote count. This is who the hero Officer Eugene Goodman was deflecting to save lives.
It's pretty clear Pezzola thought it was a coup d'état. He doesn't understand that some other traitors made sure he could play the game set to "easy," but that's not the point.
