Aokiji's hands are loose and relaxed, showing his cool and laid-back nature and how his form of justice isn't based around strict rules but rather around morality.

Akainu's hands are clenched into fists, reflecting how he is tough, rigid and stubborn on how what is correct is simply what the law demands.

Kizaru's hands are in his pockets, showing how he is not one to really show off his passion or to really have a deep opinion on what correct ethics are and would rather just go with the flow of things and just does what he's told from the higher ups.
