Overall Smith doesn’t jump out on film as an overall top tier WR, however if he lands in a spot that he can develop into a slot receiver he could have a huge fantasy impact, I would reach for smith but if he is there in the third round I would take him

Here’s a nice crosser that he generates separation and then shows his toughness as he knows he is going to get popped!
Here he shows strong hands and toughness to make this contested catch!

Here is a tough catch but can’t haul it in, would like to see him make this though catch.

Here is a nice highlight one handed grab! This is a great play blind the ladder and goes and gets the ball, however he doesn’t have these plays often!
