why do people get so upset when someone talks about how energy manifests as physical ailments???

I think it's interesting how people claim to have such an understanding of energy but can't grasp the truth in this concept, or insist it's ableist to bring it up at all

it's not inherently true for all diseases and ailments but it's real

and it's not as simple as "this energy blockage = this ailment" and people who make claims like that should be ignored

especially on the internet, especially in regard to mental health

my thing is, I need people to understand energy better bc it has truly been made a meaningless buzzword but it is still the best descriptor we have and should be understood

physical matter is dense energy.
so your physical body is energy, energy you can see and feel—

it's not separate from the energy that you can't necessarily feel or clock changes to.

all energy that makes up your being is connected. and THAT'S where most people have it messed up.

seeing their "energy" as separate from their body. they're one in the same.

so understand that as long as you have a body, you are not a mass of energy separate from your body.

but you're still a mass of energy, and what happens on one level(maybe one that you can't necessarily see) affects other levels, yes even the level we can see(the physical)
