After the great success of tap replacement 2021, Alice the plumber, is taking on the new challenge, constantly running toilet.
Some cool kid screwed the top of the cistern on and the screw had been stripped over time. Meaning all these were used to attempt to remove the top.
Touch this old washer and black comes away on ya fingers. So gonna start with replacing that.
But how do I take this apart 🤔
So popped down the local hardware store, nice person there helped me find a part but didn’t know how to replace it.

So sat here in car and decided to do something wild- read packet instructions. Turns out you just stretch it over the middle part.

Let’s go see if this works!
