I'm enjoying using the insights from @arvidkahl's book, Zero to Sold, albeit in an educational context.

One of my students is building an app for his final year Computer Science project, and we've decided to take an audience-first approach 👇🏾
Last week I asked him to collect data on any pain points currently being experienced by his schoolteachers.

Today, he came back with some incredible insights.

After analysing the results, we've come up with at least three good product ideas to validate.
