Game without speed, ball shielding (strength) can be boring or joy-killing for players

The imput of creative coaches (Tuchel) is to make those training games enjoyable = the HOW

💨💪Why no speed (runs in behind) or un-necessary strength (ball shielding) today?

🚑It's an injury risk for players who are having their first training session since the last game

It's likely that the game was on a square pitch, neutral players, and no direction (no offside)
Nobody invented sliced bread here but that's still a cool thing to see

It's really hard to combine good training periodization (get players fit and avoid injuries) with a good enough tactical input, whilst keeping it enjoyable for players.
