A few tweets on what’s going on with Covid-19 in Denmark.

Good news is number of deaths & hospitalisations have fallen sharply in last 14 days. But everything is still locked down as authorities fear ‘British variant’, which has arrived & is spreading rapidly. Deaths per day:

But vaccinations per day have more or less come to a halt in the last week, so national roll-out plan is being revised:
School sector closed & teaching online (though kindergartens are open). University sector - where I work - is also online-only. Teaching restarts next week and it’s Zoom all the way. Campuses also effectively closed down.

On the bright side, there’s now daylight until 5pm.
