Virtually always in these cases, the arrests are for things like consensual prostitution. The cops just *call* it a sex trafficking bust so they can play the hero. But nobody has been rescued.

I, by the way, am not happy that there are women who feel that sex work is their best option. But turning them into criminals is not the answer.
