BTS are performing Artists and they are bound with performers rights along with usual copyright & Moral rights. they are the ones who gets royalties as they already own the performance+

BH is BTS's label but thr performing rights here belongs to BTS and not BH... By keeping those videos up its broadcast channel monetizing from bts' work and they need to buy the rights from bts (BH) in order keep up the content by performing artists
"Gp got into bts bcoz of those performances' yes indeed but if you read it also mentions the 'moral rights' of artist. BH also knows how promo works, the reason they went on Corden's show was promo, they could've just recorded the video themselves and posted on their own channel+
The reason they went to his show was to get that promo but it's unfair towards the artists if they keep profiting from it despite the promo contract (if it exists)ended just to get free promo, they worked so hard for these performance why would BH just let them enjoy the profit?
I'm sure as army you wouldn't want that for bts... Especially a western party benefiting from bts' hardwork (thr performance are top tiers and unmatched) we are way past the need of such arrangements which doesn't benefit bts.. Like this abt it does it make sense??
Before calling me names or anything just know I'm open to discussion if you have some valid arguments and counter points plz do so I would appreciate it as I'm also trying to understand this we can have rational discussion abt it
