2. Best efforts & all the rest of the legal provisions fall away if the EU hasn't providing the promised funding to help AZ set up the manufacturing facilities & to purchase materials necessary for vaccine production.

3. This reminds me of one of those contract law questions we'd get at bar school, where we'd have to go through the case & work out all the contractual issues. Of course it never happens in real life because organisations aren't that stupid
