@The_DTCC - when was the decision made to increase margin at the NSCC? This is MNPI - anyone with any market experience would know that this would have a massive impact on those stocks. How is that type of decision not communicated to the whole market at once?!?!
You are a CCP, so I get that you live in your own little world. But the policy goal of CCP regs in Dodd-Frank isn't the north star of our society. There's also Reg FD and basic integrity of the damn markets.
