Do you suffer from Imposter Syndrome?

[THREAD]
What is an Imposter Syndrome?

Let's analyze
Google says -

Imposter syndrome can be defined as a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evident success. 'Imposters' suffer from chronic self-doubt and a sense of intellectual fraudulence
I feel it a lot of times before starting a new venture despite doing sufficient groundwork for the same
But did you know.....
You can only feel imposter syndrome when you actually have high abilities to execute the task
It's when you are overconfident it would mean that your abilities aren't as high as you think they are
Its also called the Dunning-Kruger effect which is a cognitive bias in which people with low ability at a task overestimate their capability.
Here's how to get over the imposter syndrome?
Embrace it as a strength because it most likely means you are skilled
Whenever you feel it, remind yourself of the success you have helped others achieve
All this doesn't mean that if you don't feel the imposter syndrome then you don't have high abilities. On the contrary,it simply means that having the imposter syndrome doesn't mean you're a failure or a fraud
