1/ We just wanted to remind you to please be patient if you are phoning the clinical Covid-19 helpline. The team in JESCC are taking extra precautions with regard to self-isolating and social distancing to make sure they are still able to take your calls.

2/ This does mean that waiting times might be slightly increased, but don’t let this put you off calling: if you have symptoms, you need to phone the helpline on either 01481 756938 or 01481 756969. Don’t give up and phone Public Health.

3/ If you are not suffering from any of the symptoms, but have questions about Covid or the lockdown, call the non-clinical helpline on 01481 717118.
