Massive game at the weekend, lose it and it will put the knockers on our recent form. Fergie used to say he always looked at the squad after a bad defeat and how they reacted in the next game.

He always wanted to know about the players mindset/attitude before buying them. You can have all the talent in the world, but if you hide under pressure you won't be picked. Same with this team, young players and players stepping up to a different level. AWB, Maguire for example
are now playing for a team expected to win/compete every year, it does take adjusting to, especially when your every mistake is magnified much more than if they were playing for Palace/Leicester for example. It's also one of the harder things for the squad to grasp, it takes time
and a combined belief that they can see success in the future. Still a work in progress with all apsects of this squad and i'm looking for a few of them to step up at the weekend. A win would be massive for us, in more ways than one.
