1) In Contempt case, what you are saying is less important, how you are saying it is considered.

2) The moment you publicly doubt honesty of Judge, it is contempt.

4) A judge could have decided a hundred of cases correctly. It is impossible for any judge to decide any case, if he has to live under constant fear that any party is free to impute motives to his decision.

5) The moment a judge is publicly ridiculed, thousands of litigants
loses faith in judiciary. This breaks down the whole machinary of justice delivery. Therefore, it is public policy to protect judges against humiliation in public. For this purpose, they are given power to punish for contempt.
