MTG tried to run in GA-06, now represented by Dem Lucy McBath, and when she realized that wouldn't work, looked for the most Republican distrct with an opening in the state. Hello, GA-14. So she moved to a district and ran for office for the sole purpose of getting to D.C.

So how can someone this nuts get elected to office? She's not an anomaly. GA-14 has a Cook Partisan Voting Index of R+27, making it the 10th most Republican district in the U.S. In Georgia, only GA-9 is more Republican. Let that sink in. She & her advisors KNEW she's fringe.

They KNEW she was a weak candidate unable to complete in a more competitive district. They literally sought out the easiest district with the dumbest voters. "Where is there a district where the voters will literally elect a ham sandwich, as long as there's an R after its name?"

Isn't that a red flag? "I'm currently running in the district where I've lived forever but I can't win here so let me switch to this other place I don't live in."

What idiotic voters thought sure, I want a lady who doesn't know this district representing me in Washington?

So if you're wondering how the Jewish Laser Lady got elected, ask yourself who advised her. Who told her, "GA-06 is too competitive, you'd better relocate to this other district." Who looked at this crazy person and calculated how to install an obviously flawed human in power?

Her primary opponent's campaign slogan was literally "All of the conservative, none of the embarrassment.” Her crazy FB videos were well-known before the election. LA's Steve Scalise campaigned for her opponent. It didn't work, she won in a landslide.

They knew what they were getting. Donors/GOP activists ALL saw the warning signs. Most did nothing. They furrowed their brows and tsk-tsked. But ultimately they "let the primary run its course."

Fast-forward 5 mos and she's giving guided tours of the Capitol to people who a day later led an insurrection.
