I'm not a finance professional. Just tweet and talk etc. But the only people I hold in contempt in all this are the pundits and politicians making bad faith arguments to pander to Redditors and Twitter.

Also I don't think the Redditors, at least many of the WSB originals, are that dumb or unwashed as everyone acts. Of course their language is often crude, but the level of sophistication when it comes to both trading and fundamental company analysis is sophisticated.

I think this is a misunderstood point in all this. Everyone's like "high school dropouts in their basement eating tendies"

Sure it's a funny aesthetic but as @RodAlzmann points out in our episode today, there's doctors, lawyers, etc. Many *extremely* savvy on markets/finance.
