COVID & gravity of symptoms:
She & colleagues around the country have found no 'logical indication' of whether a patient undergoing treatment (incl chemo) or in remission will need to be hospitalised or end up in ITU...

There is no automatic DNAR or refusal of intubation for cancer patients. (certainly not at the large teaching hospital where she works)...
As to antibodies/immunity:
A colleague at her hospital had COVID. 1 test negative, 1 test positive. Once she was well, again, no antibodies detected at all. Another, 2 negative tests, after he was well, his body was 'LOADED with antibodies.'
There is, again, 'no logic to it.'..

'I've not heard about it, but, since you've asked, I'll do some research on it. It's not something we're talking about in the UK, at the moment.' ...

AI treatment for early & advanced BC;
We're suggesting 10 years, on occasion, for further protection against contralateral disease. It's a matter of 5-11 % points in favour...

Final point, when I told her that these questions were being asked not just for myself, but for the ladies I support via helplines etc, she said to tell them:
'PLEASE tell your oncologist about your side effects! We can't help you properly if you don't tell us!'
