BREAKING. The vaccine contract between Astrazeneca and EU has been PUBLISHED. Here it is.

https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/api/files/attachment/867967/APA%20-%20AstraZeneca.pdf
2. Here it is the "best effort" clause mentioned by Astrazeneca CEO Soriot in my interview https://www.repubblica.it/cronaca/2021/01/26/news/interview_pascal_soriot_ceo_astrazeneca_coronavirus_covid_vaccines-284349628/
3. What “Best Reasonable Efforts” means
4. I rephrase. When Soriot talks on the UK manufacturing sites ( https://repubblica.it/cronaca/2021/01/26/news/interview_pascal_soriot_ceo_astrazeneca_coronavirus_covid_vaccines-284349628/) .

Manufacturing doses for the EU outside the EU looks NOT as much as automatic as the EU assumed and said in the last 2 days. BUT only in this section EU INCLUDES also the UK.
5. This is very important, as @MikeGal041 notes.

"AstraZeneca shall NOT be deemed in breach of this Agreement as a result of any such delay due to the aforementioned competing agreement(s)", i.e. the contract with the UK.
