I have a big rant ready to come out, but I will simply say that research nurses and AHP's are a highly skilled group, with research and clinical expertise within their field, that deserve respect from other professions.
Some of us are doing their #PhD, some have joint roles, some integrate professional bodies and influence education, policies and guidance nationally and internationally, and ALL give everything they got daily for #bettercare to patients, families and general public.
So next time you work with one of us, remember our value, ask us questions back and raise your expectations. You might learn something #researchrocks @UHSFT @UHSResNurses @RDsouthampton @marie_nelson12 still so much to do to raise awareness of our roles
