#ElGlosico: A bit of a mea culpa...
Back in the day, when there was a full desk of people covering sport in Gloucestershire (I know, amazing), a term was coined.
I'm not sure when, where or why it came into being, it just did.

At that time Cheltenham Town, Forest Green and Gloucester City were not in the same division, so it was never used for any of them...
There were derby matches in the Southern and Hellenic League, and these were often spoken about among us on the desk as being El Glosico.

"It's Cinderford v Bishop's Cleeve tomorrow - El Glosico" etc...

It must have been when #CTFC and #FGR were in the same division for the first time in 2015/16 that the term got transferred in to the public domain, although I am not sure how, or why.

I can only apologise on behalf of us all.
