Back this up with suggestions that the opposition is weak and leadership unstable

Next wave follows through with picking holes in opposition policy as if they were in government

There is a rinse and repeat series of media conversations without any serious policy follow through

As we get closer to July or August, volume will ramp up and the scare campaigns will kick in - likely around an unholy alliance with The Greens

Then the narrative will switch to the government being the underdogs and needing to work for every vote
