Designers - as software and User Interface developer we think, the way we design is the only way users will use the product.

Most of the time it's not, the way designer thinks user will use the product is not the same as how end user uses it in practical scenarios.
There is always what developers, designers end up missing.
What actually is needed is sensing those ideas and redesigning the product around it.

What actually happens currently in organizations is ending up and spending $ on customer service to make user - use it your forced way.
Try ideating it and getting ideas on improving your product than forcing customer to use it the way you want.
