A reminder that a team's social staff have zero influence on football decisions.
I get fans are upset and need an outlet to express their frustration to management.
I just feel for the people that have to read + internalize this all day. It's not easy.
Trust me, this was me. https://twitter.com/riversmccown/status/1354901039842005004

I don't have an answer. Fans have every right + should express how they feel (good + bad) about the team, and social media is the quickest way.
I would just encourage them to remember there are actual people behind these accounts, and they had nothing to do with the choice made

Social media can be toxic, and for those of us that work in it every day (I know we chose too), it's not something that can be easily turned off.
It's so hard to navigate constant negativity on social when you are at the controls, an it can take a toll on your mental state.
