A lot of the people who will be doing time are folks like Joe Biggs: influential organizers with combat experience.

The far right gets stronger through street violence. It helps them recruit and raise money and radicalize people for more violence.
The left is not helped the same way, defensive violence is sometimes necessary but it is not a strength.

My hope is that this disruption of the militant right will give the left some breathing space and a chance to grow and organize by creating alternatives to our failing state that meet people's needs and radicalize them in positive directions.
