Notice that as the Left and Right are effectively fighting alongside eachother during this Gamestop thing, the Right is clamoring to unify with the Left and the Left is writing articles about how Right Wing people supporting GME are anti semites, neo Nazis, and insurrectionists.
This dynamic has existed for a long time: RW Populists desperately try to appeal to leftists and concoct all these clever ideas or strategies to win them over, and leftists just spit on them, snitch on them or laugh at them. What does the Left think of Steve Bannon? Hello!
Besides people like Andy Ngo or that bonehead Dave Rubin, when have you ever heard a Leftist say "Well gee you guys are fucking Nazi incel terrorist chuds who support fascism but maybe it's time to become allies!!!" They think RW Populism is National Socialism.
It shows that the American Right isn't serious. The Left truly hates and wants to destroy us, I mean they *actually* really dislike us. Sometimes it seems like the Right is just pretending to oppose the Left, since they're always scheming to trick the Left into liking them.
