I'm going to have a rant now so be warned. Yes covid is serious, yes it's costing lives and every life lost is a tradgedy. But where is the analysis of the damage done to everyone else. I'm not concerned for myself, I'll take my chances rather than live in fear, but (1)
When my 11 Yr old daughter starts having problems because of being locked down I want to know where is the cost benefit analysis? Who has considered the impact on our children's mental health? (2)
When my daughter is suffering, I don't give two hoots about anything else, my duty as a father comes first. This lockdown is doing so much harm to our young people and for all the "look into their eyes" adverts (3)
Look into my daughters eyes tonight and tell her she has to sacrifice her childhood. Look into her eyes and tell her she has to feel the way she does. (4)
Just to add my daughters been going to school, we are both key workers, but it's not normal and it's taking its toll.
