I’m going to make a quick little thread about what I think Betty’s doing/ what’s going on in her mind at this point of the show-
As we all know, Betty has always been the one to hide her feelings more than Archie. She learned how to pretend everything was okay, and hide her emotions since season 1 once Archie hurt her by rejecting her.

So as much as it’s annoying watching Betty keeping her secret from Jughead, we have to realize where’s she coming from. With college coming, and her cheating on her boyfriend who she’s been w/ for 3 yrs on her best friend who she’s been in love w/ for 10 yrs, she’s stressed out.

And the more someone suppresses their feelings, the more it will explode which is why I definitely believe the bughead break up will be dramatic or Jughead might find out from another source causing a dramatic break up scene. Either way it isn’t going to be pretty.

Okay I’m pretty much done babbling. Just a reminder that this is yet the second time Jughead is the last to know about Betty and Archie’s emotional affair/kiss, which is something he’s always been unsecured about/feared so their breakup should be dramatic ☕️
