How much Seattle can roster and scheme like Rams is dependent on how much Russ wants to move away from gun. Rams don't run out of gun much, and Russ relies on gun for passing too much to completely eliminate the run/pass conflict. So your OL still has to be gun-IZ friendly.

There are potential problems with how this will play out, but on the flipside is an optimism to see how Waldron adapts to Russ and the offense and vice versa! I don't foresee a copy/paste insert russ offense, but a potentially really cool blend.
