In presidential meme legacy, Biden only has one meme so far that I believe rises to the level of presidential meme excellence. Trump gave us a lot of good memes. I believe that by that metric he out-performed the Obama Administration. This is a good Biden mem tho.

Obama has this meme, that I employ because it's clearly brilliant.

But Trump just had a bunch of quality stuff.

I still employ this one often, most often when right-wing trolls put disinformation on my timeline. It's a nice reverse suplex move.

But Biden has a lot of time. I'm looking forward to more memes to come. I regret that George W wasn't around int he GIF era. This one is the only one I have from him, and it's a good one. But there would have been so many more.
