Bill stayed w/Katie because of her heart attack, but then proceeded to lock her up in the cliff house attic when he needed to shut her up about manipulating her niece’s life again.

He then pretended to leave her sister & reunite with her solely to manipulate her into giving him back his position at Spencer, still wanting Brooke.

She & Bill split again for him to pursue Brooke more. He finally does legally marry Brooke, while Katie then starts banging his son Wyatt.

When Brooke & Bill split, he shifts back to wanting Steffy, & eventually ends up in a custody battle with Katie & Thorne.
Nothing comes of his pursuit of Steffy, & Brooke is taken, so because Thorne walks out on Katie he decides to sniff around her again.

After all of that, he STILL kisses Brooke the moment she’s single & upset again, despite Katie recovering from yet another medical crisis.
He also consistently trashed Katie to both Brooke & Steffy when he wasn’t with her.

Bill & Katie as a couple make absolutely no sense anymore. There’s no believability or romance. There’s no reason for either of them to trust or want the other.
The roles are played by great actors who deserve better than this never-ending fallback nonsense.
