GameStop and AMC Entertainment both run on outdated business models. For GameStop, sales of their video game, consumer electronics, and gaming merchandise have gone down with the rise of online gaming and electronic manufacturers selling direct.
For AMC Entertainment, the case is the same with the music and entertainment industry.
Now, this two companies are listed in a stocks exchange, like Safaricom is listed on the Nairobi Stock Exchange and its shares are trading.
