So, we built an independent community called the Alliance. Here are the highlights.

> Focused content on self improvement

Because the content is focused, and membership is limited we have an incredibly healthy and positive community.

Members open up in ways you wouldn't see in other communities and they support each other when needed.

And the goal is to be small and purposeful. Not to grow as quickly as possible or to maximize profits.

This steady growth has helped the culture remain in tact as members cycle through their engagement levels.

We have a Beardbrand team member responsible for leading the community. They facilitate conversations, help keep the culture on point, and manage the memberships.

Other Beardbrand team members are also in there and engage regularly with the community.
