So I got my new birth control implant this morning. Took forever, and there was a lot of wait time for numbing and such. WELL. During all this down time my doc is just rambling at me. (The same doc who misdiagnosed me, mind you.) And he DOES NOT need to be seeing ANY patients.
He tells me that he got COVID in November, and that it's not a big deal at all. He got annoyed at people listening to "people like Dr. Faucci". He THEN TOLD ME he went to Mexico in DECEMBER. He told me he KEEPS TELLING NATIVE PATIENTS that it's nothing. NOTHING.
Natives, mind you, who are disproportionately at risk AND are not guaranteed care because the underfunding of IHS. And he is A WHITE MAN WHO WORKS AT IHS.
If that's not enough, he's mad about the testing requirements to travel when he was supposed to go to the Virgin Islands 2/1

This man is a physician's assistant who has complete control over Natives and their bodies. He is the only healthcare "expert" hundreds have access to, and he's just spewing this shit left and right??!? And there's nothing I can do about it??!?!
Oh, and to add insult to injury, he complained about wanting to get his mom scheduled for the vaccine down here because the clinics are doing so well with distribution, but he can't "because she's white, which isn't fair."

He also said he wants USPS to be privatize and complained about how long it took a saddle to arrive for his show in Texas this weekend (after he had another one this past weekend).
