1/Air Transat, of the top 3 biggest Canadian airlines, has effectively been bludgeoned by the lockdowns, ongoing 14 day quarantines for travellers, forced PCR tests, & other restrictions by the federal govt.

Unlike all other G7 countries, Canadian airlines received no bailout.
2/These lockdowns have effectively reduced the pilots from 689 to 34, the flight attendants from 1950 to 63.

This pinnacle of the success of entrepreneurship, which thrived and survived 33 years of take-offs & landings, has been bleeding out for a year.

4/No one has rebutted this thesis, nor has it received much attention. Even among aviators, the denial about the evils of a purposeful execution was too much to fathom, and too much to push back against early on.
5/In an obvious parallel to the federal govt’s obliteration of the oil & gas industry in Alberta for ideological & political reasons, Canadian aviation follows in its footsteps, making way for foreign competition from countries which are not subject to the same C02 standards.
6/I hope that my friends and southern neighbours in the USA will understand what Build Back Better means. It has very real consequences.

It is a coordinated attack on the free market, veiled under “green” ideology.
7/Take ten minutes to watch this, and understand that the thread is imminent and very real.

Do not let it happen to you.
