The state isn't "merely an extension of capital," stop trying to make people believe in worker's states! The state and capital are not separate at all!
The government is the trunk of the state and corporations are its branches. There are always different factions of the upper class jockeying for control of the state. Just because capitalists have influence doesn't mean they created the state you weirdos
Mfers are so excited to cut the branches off the state and graft branches from a different tree onto it and say they attacked the root
Anarchists: We need to rip this whole tree out of the ground
Socialists: We need to coppice the tree
Socdems: We need to pollard the tree
Libs: Poor people simply need to pick the fruit!
People may want additional clarification on the first tweet:
Capital is a form of finance. It's essentially a delegation of state control over workers & resources. It's quantified authority, not much different than decree or title in premodern states.
"Investment" comes from the practice of clothing people in official robes. The first financial "investments" were shit like the East India Company which were state-created corporations for colonial management. https://www.etymonline.com/word/investment#etymonline_v_35104
Corporations appear separate from the state because private parties can create them and the state is now so large and ubiquitous that you can make money entirely on provisioning the lower class or other corporations.
