Some tips for entrepreneurs to maintain mental wellbeing



Keep a support circle
: Reach out to your fellow entrepreneurs who understand what you’re going through while building a business. You can support each other, commiserate, and have someone to talk to.

Move
: Prioritize doing something physical once a day. Even if it is a 10 minute walk around the block, it will refresh your mind and body.

Recognize your accomplishments daily
: Engineer your day to feel accomplished. At the end of the day, write down something you accomplished: from a great customer DM to a big sale, take time to recognize it.

Get professional support
