I don't know enough about the upside-down world of fossil fuels, but it feels odd Enbridge is allowed to lie to everyone (investors?!) about the compressor being on. There's a status website that lets us see what's going on, under "critical notices" 1/

Since Oct 1st, there has been what's called an "ongoing force majeure" in Weymouth which is BS for "we cannot get the compressor to work". This is from Jan 25/26th. Mind you, their @FERC cert expired Jan 25th. Enbridge also said they'd have the compressor on Jan 23rd/24th 2/
This notice if from Jan 25th (yep) saying the "ongoing force majeure" has been lifted. "as a result of Weymouth being returned to service, effective immediately" all restrictions are lifted.
Really?
Huh, the compressor didn't turn on. At all.

4/ This notice is also from Jan 25th. "the station has returned to full capacity"? Really, Enbridge?
The compressor is not running. It's NEVER been running. Turbine is OFF.

Jan 27/28. No mention of Weymouth, again. Is this fraud? What is this? Is this @Boston_SEC @SEC_Enforcement @SEC_News's area?
Is there some devious loophole allowing this lie? The gas compressor is non-functioning, & Enbridge has declared it A-OK & running at full capacity.
