In 2017 Enfield council rejected the road closures as it would have massive impact on already busy roads. 2018 Ian Barnes takes over and ignores neglectfully councils report and closes roads pushing traffic and pollution to others. It’s fact he is knowingly polluting my children.
The documents on the council analyzed the potential affects of modular filter on Palmerston road and at this time they will not support the measures due to the displacement of traffic onto other streets with known traffic issues..this was stated in conclusion of the consultation
What changed in a few month’s?? The deputy leader of the council changed and now Mr Barnes knowing the effects of this closure is continuing to poison the roads around the closures...
