Our #InternalisedAgeism webinar has now started.

We will be exploring:

- how occupational health can play a role in managing health.
- the role that internalised ageism plays in shaping training and professional development.

Our second #InternalisedAgeism breakout session will explore how we can create a climate in which managers and employees can talk about and respond effectively to health issues.
COVID-19 has put a spotlight on the need for employers to protect the health of their staff.

We now need to capitalise on this to ensure this continues post-pandemic.
