For example even your Stock trading companies sell your data. So even when you cant make money via them, they can and will continue to make money off you long after your gone

Also consider a good non logging VPN. Personally I like @surfshark and no they arent paying me. But their multi hop, nonlog system has been reliable stable and speedy for me #DataPrivacyDay
Another favourite is @DuckDuckGo - fierce privacy advocate and search engine who is also phenomenal at demonstrating the amount of privacy erosion in every day systems

A great alternative to Gmail is @ProtonMail
They have helped revamp a lot of privacy laws in the UK and are a advocate of privacy here in the US as well
