Tony Blair urged the UK to use the G7 presidency to establish a uniform global vaccine passport. Conceded there will be inequalities, but it is “inevitable” countries will demand to know an individual’s vaccination “status” - better to lead than be led @PaulNuki @TelGlobalHealth

A final observation. Blair very concerned about the threat of new variants. But also believes global cooperation needed to tackle this will be easier with the new Biden administration. “I know the people coming in... they’re all very reasonable”
